Highly recommend Dr. Bailey! I’ve seen him for two different foot injuries and he shows that he really cares for his patients. Very welcoming and great at listening and explaining things to his patients.
I have had a horrible experience since my initial visit 10/24. Finally went for a 2nd opinion and I’m on the road to be healed. Would not recommend..
Although I think Dr Bailey is a great podiatrist, I would suggest getting a second opinion before surgery. He performed my foot surgery 2 years ago now going to an orthopedic surgeon to do a revision and correct what was missed the first surgery. It is a four month recovery so do your homework. He did damage to my foot rather than fixing it.
I called to see if they would take a same day appointment for a painful foot and they got me in within the next couple of hours! Tami was really sweet and helpful. The doctor went into depth about everything and gave me multiple options on how to fix my issue. He sent me home with some pads for my feet and I walked out of there with no pain! Lovely & clean office, really nice staff.
For over ten years, now, I've been so grateful to Dr. Chris Bailey, for his truly expert and considerate care. Dr. Bailey takes care of my whole family, and at least five more of us, at work, as well as their families.Dr. Chris is not only a great podiatrist; he's also a foot surgeon.So, from a little corn or wart to a full-on surgical solution, he's got you. Just a few years after I started going in, I accidentally ripped a tendon (tore it all the way). He rebuilt my ankle and the arch of my left foot. I could not be more grateful.Dr. Bailey found melanoma on someone dear to me, and got him on an accelerated path to full remission.Most important: Dr. Chris is a truly good person. He'll explain all your options in plain, easy to understand ways. He really cares.You'll have a few favorite doctors in your life - and Dr. Bailey will be one of them.
Doctor Amy is very friendly, helpful, understanding and really listens to your problems and conditions. The front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful.
First timer here. My whole experience was really good. Everyone super friendly, clean office, and the doctor is amazing. She went above and beyond answering all my questions and concerns, as well as made all the recommendations for me to heal faster. Will come back 100%. I will recommend this place to all other athletes!
Dr. Bailey is absolutely fantastic! It's worth going through the rude front desk staff to have him see you & help you. I went in with an embarrassing foot issue and he made me so comfortable.

Both my husband and I are diabetic, and we see Dr. Biermann in the Oswego office. We both highly recommend him. He is very professional and caring, explains everything in detail and answers all your questions. The staff, especially Kaitlyn, is very professional and personable. This office goes the extra mile for their patients, and I truly appreciate them!!!

Do not have surgery by dr Bailey. Seek a second opinion and go to an orthopedic surgeon.
I wouldn't recommend them for minor foot issues.There service was ok, the billing was confusing and dealing with their billing department was unpleasant.
Wonderful front desk staff, nurses and Doctor McPherson is absolutely Amazing and caring and understanding. As my husband and I are moving I hate to leave Bailey foot and Ankle. But we are moving to The city of Maricopa Arizona. I highly recommend Bailey foot and Ankle and Doctor McPherson
I had a severe ingrown toenail and based on past experience at other podiatrists the procedure was going to be quite painful. To my surprise, Dr. Biermann made the process quite painless. In addition, I was able to get an appointment within one day of requesting one. Very clean and professional office
I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and have been seeing Dr Bailey and his team for 15 years to care for my feet. The team is very comforting and Dr Bailey is very knowledgeable with foot care and preventative actions. I've had 2 surgeries with Dr Bailey as well and now my treatment is just maintenance a couple times a year. I would highly recommend Dr Bailey for any foot related issues.
