Clinic Location

We are located on Route 59 just north of 135th street in Plainfield. The office is in a professional building called the Meadows Campus Building on the west side of the street (across the street from Dunkin Donuts). We are located in Suite 104 just inside the main front door of the professional building.

Please Note: If you cannot get through to us right away, please do not hesitate to leave a voicemail with your information. We check voicemail multiple times per day and your call will be returned within 24 hours or less. Dr. Bailey can also be paged in emergency situations.
