About Dr. Bailey Dr. Bailey was raised in Homer Glen, IL. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He then went on to Podiatric Medical School at William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine where he graduated with honors. His surgical residency was completed at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago. In addition, Dr. Bailey has been certified to perform Diagnostic Ultrasound, Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy, and Neurosensory Testing. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association.
